Little by little, the organizers of Epizode are drip feeding us names that will appear at the sophomore edition of the Vietnamese-based house and techno festival and we're realizing the beast that this is shaping up to be.
Today's line-up announcement sees Âme, Guti, John “00” Flemming, former Prodigy member Leeroy Thornhill, breaks king Atomic Hooligan, Lady Waks, British trance legend John “00” Fleming, founder of Digital Emotions label Vladimir Fonarev, “Mahony from Romania's Sunwaves festival, Âme - who needs little introduction, Shaded and DJ Roustam.
They join previously announced names like Carl Cox, Marcel Dettmann, Nicole Moudaber, Mathew Johnson, Luciano, Chris Liebing, Dixon, Loco Dice, Dubfire, Luciano, Nic Fanciulli and Pan-Pot in Vietnam for the second iteration of the hedonistic house and techno festival by the sea.
We’ve also learned that the festival will host three separate beachfront dance floors and if things go like last year, programming will be just short of 24 hours each day of the nearly 2-week long festival. Along with a techno-led dance floor, there will also be stages for trance, breaks and psy.
“This diversity will make you melt in the music, feel pulse beat of a huge rave and become part of the community of united by common emotions likeminded people,” the organizers have said of their purposely eclectic line-up.
Epizode is a two-week long festival held on Phú Quốc Island in Vietnam and will return at the end of this year from December 31st 2017 to January 10th 2018. It’s thrown by some of the original KaZantip crew and debuted just a few months to glowing reviews. It's also strongly recommend by the Mixmag crew as a worthy destination festival for the holidays.
And in keeping the KaZantip tradition alive, Epizode² promises epic sunsets and surreal installations in the Territory of Happiness. The photos from last year should be enough to pique curiosity but we've accompanied them with a full review here.
You can already grab tickets for this year at the affordable and early price of $150 for the full fest here.
